In 2021, two companies join the group:

• January 2021: With four branches in Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda, Blainville and Montreal, IBS-TUBOQUIP specializes in the distribution of power transmission supplies and fluids , among others, the booming mining sector.

• September 2021: A recognized player on the North Shore of Montreal in the field of fastener and tool sales, CLOUMATIC makes customer service a top priority. CLOUMATIC supplies the construction and municipal sectors but also has a very diversified industrial clientele. CLOUMATIC extends its Lion brand to the entire FICODIS group.
